The Concept

Feel Free at Zero Gravity is about how to Relax, Rest and Recover (RRR) the most natural way.

Perfection is achieved
not when there is nothing more to add,
but when there is nothing left to take away

Every time after hard work our body needs to relax, rest and recover.

The focus is on satisfying these basic needs with ultimate simplicity.
How not to abuse our limits and feel what is just right and enough?
The Nature has set optimums that we may (not) be fully aware of.
These ideal values can easily get neglected or pass even undetected.
How can we get to know these optimums?
What are the markers of simplicity?
Is simplicity measurable?
How we apply it?

The equation (of relaxation) could grow very complex, if so chosen. Fortunately, there is a way of reducing some factors to irrelevance. They still exist, but are not crucial to the final outcome of the function.

Imagine a body immersed in 30C=86F warm water. That is our premise.

To assume supine position and to float still as a part of the water surface for indefinitely long time is the wanted outcome.

Factors that are irrelevant to the outcome, and therefore could be eliminated are:

– Kinetic energy (no motor activities as body rests motionless)
– Body weight (gravity almost defied as body gets fully suspended)
– Time (indefinitely long, beyond need to measure it)
– Space (is condensed into a single horizontal plane)
– Senses (as low in intensity as in deep sleep)
– Mind (rests as vegetative functions like breathing & circulation require no cortical activity)

Still it is a very true you in your body fully spirited on the level of basic instincts.
Last time you felt something of the kind was probably in mother’s womb, or if you are good at yoga-nidra.
Chances are this is the best way to achieve RRR with minimal sources.
That is where our story begins.

Instead of coining new theories, we scrutinize our basic living patterns.
We hope to establish some better and simpler habits and get rid of the bad ones.

Youth is a gift of nature, but Age is a work of art
